1. Eligibility & User Agreement
By using this website, you represent that you are at least 18 years of age or accessing under the supervision of a parent or legal guardian. You agree to provide accurate, complete, and current shipping and contact information for all purchases made at Aangan Aura.
2. Spiritual & Astrological Products Disclaimer
All gemstones, Rudraksha beads, healing crystals, Yantras, and Karungali items offered on Aangan Aura are based on traditional Vedic scriptures, time-honored astrological beliefs, and metaphysical practices.
Important Medical & Legal Advisory: Spiritual items are meant for positive energy manifestation, spiritual upliftment, meditation, and devotional reverence. They do NOT constitute, nor are they a replacement for, professional medical diagnostics, clinical healthcare treatments, psychiatric therapy, legal advice, or financial investment counseling. Results and metaphysical experiences are personal and can vary widely from individual to individual.
Natural Formations: Genuine crystals and Rudraksha beads are natural geological and organic specimens. Natural variations in color shading, surface texture, mineral veins, and internal inclusions are normal hallmarks of authenticity and are not considered manufacturing defects.
3. Lab Certification & Authenticity Guarantee
Aangan Aura guarantees that every gemstone, crystal, and Rudraksha piece described as "Certified" is tested by recognized gem testing laboratories. Certificates are delivered in the product box with unique certification numbers and QR verification codes.
4. Pricing, Payments & Invoicing
All prices on the website are displayed in Indian Rupees (INR) and are inclusive of applicable Goods and Services Tax (GST). We reserve the right to correct any typographical pricing errors. Online payments are processed through secure, RBI-licensed payment gateways. We do not store credit or debit card details on our servers.
5. Order Placement, Consecration & Cancellation
Because our articles undergo personal Vedic Pran Pratishtha (energization rituals) by temple Pandits, cancellations are only accepted within 4 hours of placing the order. Once the consecration rituals have commenced or the parcel has been assigned an AWB tracking number, cancellation requests cannot be accommodated.
6. Intellectual Property Rights
The brand name "Aangan Aura", our distinctive logos, graphics, website design, product descriptions, photography, and audio-visual assets are the exclusive intellectual property of Aangan Aura. Unauthorized copying, scraping, reproducing, or commercial exploitation is strictly prohibited under Indian copyright and trademark laws.
7. Limitation of Liability & Governing Jurisdiction
In no event shall Aangan Aura, its directors, priests, or employees be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of products sold. Our maximum financial liability for any claim shall not exceed the actual invoice price paid by the customer for the specific product.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of India. Any legal disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts in India.
